Michael Mastroianni is committed to better solutions for emergency response since becoming an EMT almost 20 years ago. Since then, he has worked on new EMS systems and protocol in countries affected by war and disaster on four continents. In the United States, Michael is a certified project manager with 12 years of experience managing operations and new programs at AT&T, Columbia University, Publicis North America, Compass Healthcare and hunger prevention networks in New York, Philadelphia & Washington, D.C. He continues to educate new project managers at Temple University and other continuing education courses. He holds a B.A. in communications from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.S. in international affairs from the New School (NYC), as well as certificates in data analytics and operations research.
