Christian Jocelyn, MHA, EMT-PDevelopment

Christian is a Paramedic Supervisor for the Center for Emergency Medical Services, a part of the North Shore LIJ Health System. Christian obtained his BA in Political Science from St. Josephs College in 2009, received his paramedic education from St. Vincent’s Hospital after which he began working in the New York City 911 System as an ALS provider, and in 2015 he completed his Master’s in Health Administration from Hofstra University. Christian speaks fluent Haitian Creole and has been volunteering there throughout his life, working with community and family organizations providing medical care to different communities in Haiti.
