Incidents Tab

  1. Red map marker – Indicates the location of an active incident. Click to display incident details
  2. Incident summary – Shows a real-time summary of an Active Incident’s progress
  3. Incident ID number – Clicking on the ID number shows a more detailed view of the incident (not necessary to view to manage active incidents)
  4. Incident caret – Click to view the incident summary, including location, description and responder status
  5. Cancel the incident – When clicked, you will be asked to include the reason why it’s being cancelled. This explanation will be sent to all assigned responders
  6. Status of assigned responders – The number of responders who are still assigned to the incident (in Red) and the number of responders who have completed the incident (in Green)
  7. Geo-referenced location – Pulled from the map provider database; when no location can be referenced, it will say “Unnamed road” or show the nearest road
  8. Incident class, category, and type – Each of these can customized in the Create Incident Panel
  9. Caller’s name and phone number as stated by Caller and recorded by the Dispatcher on the Create Incident Panel

  11. Assigned responder contact information and status
