EPIC Medics (Eliminating Preventable Injuries in Children)
EPIC Medics is a nonprofit organization of Paramedics, Firefighters, EMTs and others dedicated to eliminating or reducing preventable childhood injuries. EPIC is involved in numerous community outreach and public service activities, all aimed at educating the public about children safety issues. They are also sponsors of the Nicolas Rosecrans Award which is designed to recognize emergency responders who demonstrate leadership, commitment and innovation in preventing injuries.
Giving Children Hope
Giving Children Hope is a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to alleviating poverty (domestically and abroad) through disaster relief, health and community development, vocational training and advocacy.
Prehospital Providers for the Progress of EMS
Prehospital Providers for the Progress of EMS is a participatory action research project started by field paramedics and EMTs to build grassroots support for the advancement of Emergency Medical Services. The fundamental idea of this project is that Emergency Medical Services must reach a position of self-regulation through the gathering of knowledge, practical skills and collective wisdom to support grassroots actions.

VERB TV “The Action Network”
VERB TV Network is the official media sponsor for TMI. Their aim is to broadcast the work of those who are not afraid to take action, showcasing the filmmakers and athletes who risk life and limb to capture and create the most innovative action sports programming. They also showcase activists whose sole purpose in life is to be selfless.
TMI is slated to film a number of joint-venture projects with VERB TV in the near future, including a trip to El Salvador where we’ll be showcasing a surf camp that funds community health programs through proceeds generated by the local surf tourism.
